Ice Cream Bedroom: New Home Tour
A few months ago I shared everything that we had done to get Abigail’s bedroom ready to be updated.
All we had done at that point was remove the painted wall paper and painted the walls and trim.
But now her room is about 95% finished, so I’m finally ready to show it to you! It is absolutely adorable(honestly, it is even cuter in person) and we all just love it!
I’ll be sure to include a source list of everything in her room at the bottom of the post, along with a list of things we still have left to do in here.
So here it is, Abigail’s new ice cream bedroom!
Bedding / Rug / Canopy / Ice Cream Pillow
Alarm Clock  / Princess Castle / I Love You More Than Ice CreamÂ
PBK Anywhere Chair / Ice Cream Decals
How about those before and after pictures, huh?? I can’t get over how much better her room looks. I love that we moved the bed and rearranged the rest of her furniture. It really opened up her room even more and I love how bright, light, airy, and girly it is!
I moved her kitchen and all of her play food into the far right closet, because it was totally empty. So now she has a fun little play room of sorts in there. The rest of her toys and all of her dress up things are in the far left closet and all of her clothes are in the far left dresser. The far right dresser is empty!
One of the greatest things about this house is all of the storage it has. It actually has way, way more than we need- but as everyone always says to us, I’m sure we’ll fill it up eventually. Though I’m actively working at not doing that!
We only have a few things left to do in this ice cream bedroom:
- Install a ceiling fan(though we have been using an oscillating fan temporarily)
- Install overhead lighting(all she has for lighting in her room is that small lamp)
- Replace windows
- Complete gallery wall(I have a few canvases, this marquee light, and a gold letter A to still hang)
Here is a source list of everything in Abigail’s Ice Cream Bedroom. If I miss something that you’re wondering about, don’t hesitate to ask!
