A 2016 Year In Review
Oh 2016, you were a year!
I love doing year in review style posts, because they are always so fun to look back on. There are a million fun ways to do them, but I opted for one favorite photo from every month for this year!

Our year started out with a baby and a kindergartner and is ending with a full fledged toddler and 1st grader! Those two girls have been the brightest and best spots in my year. After the mountain high of 2015, 2016 was a bit of a valley year for me. But, we’re ready and moving forward together into 2017.
I just purchased this calendar and am resting in the promises of my God- the one who will “make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert” (Isaiah 43:19) and look forward to how He will continue to weave His story through our family and my life this year. I know He will do the same with you.Â

Robot Abigail wins!! Love it!! I also love all the hair changes you had this year. I’m not very adventurous with my hair and seem to only make big changes to my hair when I get a bad haircut and am trying to do damage control. I’ll live vicariously through your bangs 🙂 Happy New Year!!

Even though 2016 was a trying year, these pictures are perfect reminders that there is always a bit of good in every day. I mean, just look at those smiles on those sweet girls! A sure way to brighten your day 🙂 Here’s to hoping that 2017 is the best year yet!

I love that you choose one favorite photo from each month. Photos are my favorite way to recap anything! These are all great. I especially love November and December. That calendar looks amazing!
