Newborn Photo Shoot For Finn
Our very favorite family photographer Meaghan came to our home two weeks after Finn was born to take his newborn pictures. I wanted to capture some lifestyle images of the five of us together and I wanted them to be simple and clean pictures of all of us enjoying our new baby boy. Really, I told Meaghan, I just wanted one good picture of him, one of the five of us, and one of the three of them.
And, of course, Meaghan MORE than delivered!
Just take a look at these precious photos from one of our first mornings as a family of five. I will treasure these pictures forever! (And likely plaster them alllll over my house.)
Other than Finn trying to stay wide awake(we finally got him to sleep!!), Mabel picking her nose and blowing raspberries at Meaghan the entire time, and Abigail wanting to hold her mouth wide open and throw her hands in the air just to “show how excited she is”, they ended up turning out pretty great.
I can’t believe that this was already well over a month ago. The time is just going by way, way too quickly. I’m so thankful to have pictures like this to help me remember a season of our life that is all too fleeting.
These are all so so sweet! Maybe my favorite session ever of yours! And may I just say that you nailed everyone’s wardrobe!
Oh my goodness well she sure had a hard time getting a good pic! Ha! You need to frame just about every one of them, gorgeous!
So precious!! How will you ever pick a favorite!?!? I love that these pictures were taken at home and the girls in their baby blue dresses. Perfect. Love all of the sweet smiles and I would have guessed the girls were angels the entire time so your behind the scenes comments made me smile.
These pictures are so great!!! So many beautiful moments captured. I love the picture of you sitting on the bed with Finn. Also, Mabel’s piggy’s deserve all the heart eye emojis!
