Happy 5th Birthday, Abigail!

I know I probably say this every single year, but really, I just can not believe that another year has passed. How do I have a five year old?! One of my best friends made me laugh the other day when she said, “You’re right, Courtney. This is all a mirage. You’re actually a teenager still living at your parents.” But, for real, sometimes it feels like that. How in the world has the time flown by that I now have a daughter who is a whole hand old?

And not only that, but is just about to be old enough to actually start remembering her memories of her childhood for like…..her whole life. Yikes!

Anyway, yes, she is FIVE YEARS OLD TODAY. At, 7:40 am this little miss turned an entire year older.

So for fun, I thought we’d do a little photo shoot and birthday survey to commemorate. I told her that I wanted her to get all dressed up however she wanted to. I wanted to capture what she looks like when she gets herself ready all on her own- and boy did I ever. She has quite the style profile and I love watching her figure it out(most of the time) then I asked her the same questions I have asked her for the last two years, and true to form, she made me laugh and scratch my head, because she’s crazy and silly and I just love her.
