For our long weekend Abigail and I traveled to Indiana with my parents and brother to visit my grandparents, aunts, uncle, and cousins.
We stayed at Mimi and Pa’s house the whole trip. We arrived on Friday evening and enjoyed our favorite, Pizza King. On Saturday morning, the boys watched Abigail while the ladies went and got pedicures(at an Aveda salon- it was so fabulous) and Starbucks! Aunt Kelli and Bob Bob came over later that day and we enjoyed an afternoon and dinner together(We had tacos and Abigail ate almost half a can of beans. Crazy girl). Sunday, we all attended church together, ate Gene’s Root Beer for lunch(Abigail ate an entire hot dog by herself), and went to Grandma and Grandpa’s for the rest of the day. We all went to eat dinner at Commack Station and had a great time! Monday, we went back to Grandma and Grandpa’s because Uncle Aaron and Aunt Libby came down with the boys, Dewey and Declan, and we spent the afternoon together. We headed back to Mom and Dad’s on Tuesday morning.
Playing with chalk and bubbles outside Mimi and Pa’s house with Grammy and Mimi. It was a HOT day!
Mimi found this big bag full of costume type jewelry to let Abigail play with. She absolutely loved it. She sat on the bed and played with that bag of jewelry for probably close to an hour. Then she continued to ask for it the rest of the weekend.
What a girly girl!
Pa decided to butter her up by keeping up a constant supply of puffs readily available to Miss A. Every night he’d sit down on the couch with the container and she’d just flock right on over to him. By the end of the trip she gave him a big hug:)
We are always so thankful when we get to see Bob Bob. He’s going to outlive us all I think!

Walking with Great Grandpa Jim into Commack Station. I love this picture!
They had a cool tractor that you could climb on outside the restaurant.
“Thanks, Mom. I’ll just be taking these….”
She is obsessed with taking off and putting back on my sunglasses!
Mama and baby:)
Checkin out the flowers at Great Grandma’s house.
Patriotic baby!
She was cracking me up. She carried around this bucket and flag all night. Then she filled the bucket with rocks and dragged it around behind her the rest of the time.
Playing with Mimi and the big bag of jewelry again:)

Abigail loves to color!
I’m not sure when we will get to go back to IN again. Two trips so close together like this is extremely rare. We are so thankful that we got to go and enjoyed our time with family immensely!
