Spena Baby Week 25
Here we are at week 25! Things are just cruising along and everything is completely run of the mill- which is perfect. I don’t want things to be exciting, I want things to be status quo and moving right along 🙂
Symptoms | Constant trips to the bathroom, some stretching, the future baby feeding factory is starting to let me know that it’s ready to be open for business soon as well.
Belly Button |Â Looking weird. It’s definitely an innie, starting to flatten, but there’s one weird piece of it that’s trying to poke out and I’m not loving it lol.
Cravings | I feel like the little old lady from the Wendy’s commercial, “Where’s the beef?!” I want hamburgers and beef all the time. My morning latte(and sometimes afternoon) routine is finally back to normal, so that sounds really good a lot of the time too.
Missing Most | Nothing this week. Feeling happy and healthy!
Size Of Baby | Rutabaga or Cauliflower. Roughly a pound and a half and well over a foot long!
Movement | Plenty! Just enough that I never have to worry about her but not tons that keep me up at night or hurt at all. Sometimes she stretches way out and makes my stomach look crazy and there have been a few times recently that I’ve had like one strong foot trying to bust free. But mostly it’s still just really cute 😉
Sleep | Good! This week has been hilarious. Jim has been placed on “keep Courtney from sleeping on her back” duty. So all through the night I’ll suddenly be nudged awake and rolled over because he finds me constantly sprawled out flat on my back.
Clothing | I got a fun package in the mail this week! Check out my most recent Stitch Fix post if you haven’t already!
Gender | Girly girl! Mabel Elizabeth
Purchases | Nothing since my fun trip to IKEA last weekend 🙂
Nursery | I’m currently working on ideas for a quilt and for artwork to hang on her walls. I also have the fabric I need to make some bunting/tassels to hang above her crib that I’m super excited to get to work on!
Best Part Of The Week | Heartbeat at the Dr. of course! She’s currently head down and has been since her ultrasound a few weeks ago, so hopefully she gets comfy and decides to stay that way!
Can’t Wait For | More nursery progress, little girl shopping, and our upcoming trip to Arizona 🙂
Can't wait to "meet" that pretty girl! And see her cute nursery!
I started laughing when I read what you wrote about your belly button. Mine sounds exactly the same, and it weirds me out, lol! It's mostly flat, but the top little bit of it wants to stick out a bit – strange! You are looking adorable, Mama. Cheers to a healthy, uneventful rest of our pregnancies for sure:)
Beautiful mama! Inside and out! xx
Cutest little bump! Glad you've been feeling good and nothing crazy is going on. Get yourself a king size pillow to hug – it helps me sleep on my side. 🙂
Adorable! So happy that you are having an uneventful pregnancy! Cheers to that!
You look adorable! My button flattened out, and then the top of it poked out in an odd way, too. You are OVER half-way there!!!!
you look great!!! yay for the return of the latte! Also I totally craved beef when preggo too. Maybe it's a May baby thing haha! Im sure it's more scientific like tondo with iron needs for increased blood or something boring. 🙂
Woohoo for status quo 😉 I want to see this tassel garland you plan on making!
Whitney
Could you be any cuter? Your shoes are adorable!
I had 2 very "normal" pregnancies. Normal is okay sometimes. 😉
Looking super adorable! 🙂
